Do you want to help a new client get started? Keep your expertise useful between sessions? Give your community something they’re proud to use—or create something people want to buy?

Those are different jobs. They don’t all need the same product. That’s where the strategy starts: your audience, your business goal, and the moment the product needs to support.

So, before you browse products, finish this sentence:

“When my client receives or uses this, I want it to help them ___________.”

For example: “When my coaching client uses this between sessions, I want it to help them put what we discussed into practice.”

Now you have something to choose a product against—not just a logo looking for somewhere to go.
